    HOTEL

    The room is available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. Should you arrive at an earlier time, we will gladly provide parking and beach service, starting at 10 a.m. The room must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. With check-out, all hotel services (parking, beach and use of bicycles) end.

    The hotel has a beach reserved for its guests. The service is included in the room price and includes a beach parasol and two sun loungers.

    Indeed! We are right in the heart of Bibione, on the shopping and club boulevard. The beach is 300 metres away and you can reach the Bibione Spa on foot or by bicycle (about 1 km).

    Our parking spaces are limited and the number of parasols on the beach corresponds to the number of rooms, so we are not always able to guarantee the use of services on the day of departure. You can request this possibility at Reception during your stay. The service, when available, is chargeable.

    We have a private car park next to the hotel and another private car park 300 metres away. It is not possible to reserve a place in one of the two specific car parks, because they are occupied according to the needs and size of our guests’ cars. Ask at reception before parking yourself, we will show you your reserved parking space. Parking is always included in the room price.

    Although we love pets a lot, unfortunately we cannot take them in.

    RESTAURANT

    The breakfast buffet is available from 07.30 to 09.30 a.m.
    Lunch is served from 12.30 to 1.30 p.m., while dinner is served from 7.15 to 8.00 p.m.
    Every day you will find a rich buffet of vegetables and starters, while the first and second courses will be served at the table. Desserts and fresh fruit again on a buffet.

    Is there a dress code for entering the restaurant? The dress code is smart casual. Beachwear is not permitted.

    No, water, wine, and any other drinks are considered extras. They will be marked on your room bill and paid at check-out.

    We like to be clear and transparent: meals not taken will not be deducted from the price of half-board or full-board packages.
    If you choose full board, the service starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. It is not possible to recover on the day of departure any lunch not taken on the day of arrival.
    If you choose half board, you have the option of choosing from day to day whether to stay with us for lunch or dinner, without any preset rules.

    We try to do our utmost to satisfy the requests of each of our guests. We ask you to mention your requirements when booking.

    SERVICES

    Yes, our Rooftop is freely accessible from 09.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. You will find comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing and several lounges to relax and enjoy an aperitif or an evening cocktail.

    When you check in, you will be given a name tag with the name of our sector (MAIA E) and the identification number of your place, which remains fixed for the duration of your holiday.
    In the event that a reservation includes 2 or more rooms, the parasols will automatically be allocated next to each other.
    If you have any special requests regarding the parasol space, please mention them when you make your reservation, so we can do our best to accommodate them!

    Yes, Internet access is available via W-IFI in all public areas and rooms.

    Yes, the Jacuzzi is available to our guests free of charge, no reservation is necessary. It can be accessed from 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. Our staff clean the hot tub and change the water every day, so we ask you to take a shower before entering the hot tub in order to remove any cream and/or sand residues that damage the tub and dirty the water.

    Bike rental is a free service and included in the room price, and therefore limited to a maximum period of 2 hours. If you would like to keep your bicycle at your disposal throughout the day, please ask at the reception desk.

    Our “Plaza Bar” is open from 07.30 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. You can take a seat on our beautiful terrace bar overlooking the pedestrian boulevard or enjoy an aperitif or cocktail on our Rooftop on the 5th floor.

    BOOKING AND PAYMENT

    You can do it in two ways, depending on what is most convenient for you: payment of a deposit by bank transfer, amounting to 30% of the total booking, or a credit card number as a guarantee.

    Should you choose to give us your credit card number, a pre-authorisation of 30% of the booking amount will be made on it. You can then pay for your stay directly at the hotel during your stay.

    No, tourist tax is not included in the price and is € 1.10 per day per person, up to a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 4 and people with disabilities are exempt from the municipal tax.

    We accept cash, debit/credit cards and cheques. We do not accept American Express cards.

    You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date.
    In the event of a cancellation after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit previously paid will be retained or you will be charged 30% of the amount of the entire holiday, per cancelled room, on the credit card you left as a guarantee.
    Should you leave before the scheduled date, you will be charged the price of the room only for a maximum of three days, no deduction is made for meals not taken.
